Background
In October 2024, a new councillor group was elected in Wodonga as part of the 2024 Local Government elections.
Aligning with the commencement of a new councillor group is the development of a series of strategic plans that help guide the council’s decision making. These plans include the:
- Council Plan 2025 – 2029: The Council Plan 2025-2029 is the roadmap that will shape the future of Wodonga, building on the community's vision and guiding the council's direction over the next four years.
- Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan 2025 – 2029: The Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan (MPHWP) is a strategic document that outlines council’s direction and priorities for improving community health and wellbeing, in line with its legislative responsibilities.
