Notice of Intention to Sell Land

Wodonga City Council (Council) gives notice under section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 that it proposes to vary the contract of sale for Lot 102 Bilston Drive, Barnawartha dated 29 September 2022 by extending the time for the purchaser to obtain a planning permit for its development to 18 months after the day of sale (Proposal).

A person may make a written submission on the Proposal. Any person proposing to make a submission must do so by 5pm on Sunday, September 17, 2023.

This consultation is open until 5pm Sunday, Tuesday, September 17, 2023.

Anyone who lives, works, studies or invests in Wodonga or visits the municipality and uses the facilities, is invited to review the information provided, ask questions and provide feedback during this time.

Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, and can be hand delivered to Council’s Office at 104 Hovell Street, Wodonga or posted to the following address:
